Delivery & Returns
Standard Branded Orders
- Standard branded orders target 8–10 working days after artwork proof approval.
- We send a visual proof before production. Production starts only after you approve the proof.
- If your order is urgent, contact us and we will confirm what is possible on a case-by-case basis.
Express
- A 2-working-day express option is available where the order and stock are suitable.
UK Mainland Delivery
- Free delivery on orders over £100 + VAT.
- Orders below £100 + VAT are charged £6.95 + VAT for UK mainland delivery.
Artwork, Setup & Minimum Order
- Free logo setup / digitising.
- Free visual mockups.
- Minimum order quantity: 1 item.
- Physical samples are not free.
Personalised Returns
- Personalised items are made to order, so returns are restricted.
- Where a return is accepted, a restocking charge of £30 or 20% of the returned goods value, whichever is greater, may apply at Bolt's discretion.
- The buyer is responsible for return carriage where applicable.
Decoration Guarantees
- Embroidery: 2-year guarantee.
- Print: 1-year guarantee.
Late Delivery Promise
If a delay is within Bolt Uniforms' control, our approved late-delivery promise is a 20% refund of the goods subtotal, excluding VAT and delivery. This does not apply to customer proof delays, courier disruption or stock issues disclosed before ordering.
Approved branding and artwork are retained to make future reorders easier.
