How to Order

Plan the garments, sizes and logo requirements before placing a branded workwear order. Use the exact product information and confirm any details that need a quote or artwork review.

1. Choose the garments and size mix

List the roles, product references, supplier colours and quantities. Use each garment’s own size guide and check the fit over intended layers. Ask for help when a measurement or specification is missing rather than converting a size from a different brand.

2. Set out the branding

Choose the supported logo positions on the product. Supply the correct artwork version and explain any required colours or dimensions. Request a quote when a placement has no displayed direct price or the job needs a mixed-garment review.

3. Review the complete order

Check the garment references, sizes, colours, quantities and charges. Confirm stock and the expected delivery arrangements for the actual order. Review the artwork proof carefully and resolve wording, scale or placement questions before production approval.

4. Keep the record for later

Save the order reference, approved proof and allocation by wearer. For a reorder, check the original product’s availability and current terms. Read the applicable returns policy before purchasing personalised garments; do not assume that an undecorated item and a personalised one have the same treatment.
